Shipping and Returns

Shipping Costs:

  • we offer worldwide shipping
  • Shipping is free for orders of €100 and above.


  • At the time of shipment, you will be fully informed about the status of your order by PostNL. You will receive a tracking code for your shipment via email.

Exchanges & Returns:

  • You can return your online purchases to us within 14 days.
  • You are allowed to try on your purchases at home, but the items should be returned in their original condition as much as possible.
  • We kindly ask you to contact us before returning the product. This way, we know what to expect and can work together to find the right solution.
  • Return costs are at your own expense, unless there are special circumstances beyond your control, such as receiving the wrong product, color, size, or a manufacturing defect.

Can I exchange an item?

  • If you want a different size or color, please place a new order for your desired item(s) and return your current order.
  • This way, you will receive the item quickly and avoid the risk of the desired item being sold out.

I received the wrong/damaged item.

  • This is not what we intended. We would like to resolve this issue, so please contact us and send us photos of the item in question along with the order number via email (
  • We will assess your request and respond with an appropriate solution.
  • To provide you with a replacement item as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item.

Return Refund:

  • Once we have received your package in good condition, you will receive a confirmation within 7 working days.
  • We will do our best to refund the purchase amount for the returned items as soon as possible.
  • You will receive the refund in the same manner as the original payment.
